- Lower control arm bolts. Recall 24V507000 applies to 48 vehicles. The bolts securing the lower control arm in the front suspension may become brittle and break after tightening. Broken bolt heads can become projectiles, posing injury risk. Spartan Fire will replace bolts free of charge. Notification letters were mailed August 5, 2024.
- Cab tilt cylinder. Recall 24V799000 covers 50 vehicles. A missing mechanical stop might allow overextension of the cab tilt cylinder. Overextension risks causing the cab to drop, potentially injuring occupants. Dealers will inspect and replace cylinders where necessary at no charge. Notifications were mailed November 19, 2024.
