Risk: An unlatched seat belt will not properly restrain an occupant, increasing the risk of injury.

Jaguar Land Rover North America, LLC (Land Rover) is recalling certain 2014-2017 Range Rover and Range Rover Sport vehicles. The front suspension upper knuckle joint may crack, which can result in suspension arm detachment.

Risk: Suspension arm detachment can cause a loss of vehicle handling and control, increasing the risk of a crash.

ENGINE AND ENGINE COOLING:ENGINE:OIL/LUBRICATION:FILTER/SCREEN

Jaguar Land Rover North America, LLC (Land Rover) is recalling certain 2023-2024 Defender, 2024 Discovery, Range Rover, Range Rover Sport, and Range Rover Velar vehicles. The oil filter housing can crack and leak oil into the engine compartment.

Risk: An oil leak in the presence of an ignition source such as hot engine or exhaust components, can increase the risk of a fire.

BACK OVER PREVENTION: SENSING SYSTEM: CAMERA

Jaguar Land Rover North America, LLC (Land Rover) is recalling certain 2024 Defender, Discovery Sport, Range Rover, Range Rover Evoque, Range Rover Velar, and Range Rover Sport vehicles. The Near Field Sensing Module (NFSM) may overheat and cause the 3D surround camera images, including the rearview camera image, not to display.

Risk: A rearview camera image that does not display can decrease the driver's visibility, increasing the risk of injury or crash.

POWER TRAIN:CLUTCH ASSEMBLY

Jaguar Land Rover North America, LLC (Land Rover) is recalling certain 2024 Range Rover and Range Rover Sport vehicles. The transmission oil pressure may decrease and cause the clutch to shift into neutral gear, which can result in a loss of drive power.

Risk: A loss of drive power can increase the risk of a crash.

Jaguar Land Rover North America, LLC (Land Rover) is recalling certain 2022-2023 Range Rover vehicles. Water may enter into the rearview camera, which can cause the rearview camera image not to appear on the display or display a distorted image.

Risk: A rearview camera image that does not display can decrease the driver's visibility, increasing the risk of injury or crash.

BACK OVER PREVENTION: SENSING SYSTEM: CAMERA

Jaguar Land Rover North America, LLC (Land Rover) is recalling certain 2018-2022 Range Rover and Range Rover Sport vehicles equipped with a Surround Camera System. Water may enter into the rearview camera, which can cause the rearview camera image not to appear on the display or display a distorted image. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 111, "Rear Visibility."

Risk: A rearview camera image that does not display while in reverse decreases the driver's visibility, increasing the risk of injury or crash.

ENGINE AND ENGINE COOLING

Jaguar Land Rover North America, LLC (Land Rover) is recalling certain 2024 Land Rover Range Rover vehicles. The engine mounted oil cooler hoses may not be secured properly, which can result in oil leaking onto the road.

Risk: Oil leaking onto the road can cause a hazard for other road users, increasing the risk of a crash.

SUSPENSION

The contact owns a 2021 Land Rover Range Rover. The contact stated while driving at an undisclosed speed, and the contact heard an abnormal knocking sound. The contact stated that the knocking sound was getting louder and louder. The contact stated that the failure occurred while turning. The contact stated that an unknown warning light was illuminated and independently turned off. In addition, the contact stated the sound was like the vehicle was falling apart. The dealer was made aware of the failure; however, the contact was informed that the repair was not covered under warranty. The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic where it was diagnosed with a failed front driver's side control arm and lower rear guard. The vehicle was not repaired. The contact referenced an unknown recall; however, the VIN was not included. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 37,000. The VIN was unavailable.

ENGINE

The contact owns a 2023 Land Rover Range Rover. The contact stated that while driving 60-65 MPH, the check engine warning light illuminated. The contact drove to the destination and parked the vehicle. The contact stated that while attempting to drive the vehicle out of the parking lot, several unknown warning lights were illuminated, and the vehicle stalled. The vehicle failed to restart after several attempts and was towed to the dealer, where the battery was replaced; however, the failure persisted. The dealer informed the contact that an unknown part needed to be replaced, but the part was on backorder. The vehicle was not repaired and remained at the dealer. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 19,000.

STEERING

The contact owns a 2017 Land Rover Range Rover. The contact received notification of NHTSA Campaign Number: 25V514000 (Steering); however, the part to do the recall repair was not available. The dealer was contacted, and the contact was informed that the parts were not available. The contact stated that the vehicle was a business vehicle. In addition, the contact stated that because of the unrepaired recall, the vehicle was undrivable. The manufacturer was not made aware of the issue. The contact had not experienced a failure.

STEERING

See attached document for complaint. text from attached document: I am writing to express my profound concern and disappointment regarding Safety Recall N759, which affects my 2015 Range Rover. I received the initial recall notification in late 2024, detailing a serious safety risk: the potential for the front suspension upper knuckle joint to crack, leading to a loss of vehicle control, increasing the risk of a crash. It has now been nine months since the initial alert, and there has been no follow-up communication regarding a solution or the availability of replacement parts. Multiple calls to your Customer Service department, and to my local dealership (Land Rover Chantilly on 4120 Auto ·Park Cir, Chantilly, VA 20151) have confirmed that no solution has been developed.

ENGINE

Engine keeps randomly stalling at stop lights and/or stop signs. I was almost T-boned when making a left turn at [XXX] on [XXX]. This has been very dangerous. I have left multiple messages with the local dealership, Tom Wood Jaquar/LandRover with NO returned phone call so I drove over there on 8/15/2025. SUSPENSION

Suspension fault message would keep popping up.

UNKNOWN OR OTHER

Stopped at red light -- while waiting there came a very loud bang in back. I got out to inspect the rear and found the back window was fully crazed with two sizeable holes. I could find nothing that might explain the damage -- no projectiles in our outside the car -- no damage to the car other than a decimated rear window. By the time i got home the window was 80% broken in with the trunk area filled with shards. Another search (including with police) found nothing to explain the issue. Seems to be a manufacturing failure perhaps triggered by atmospheric events (temp or pressure changes)?

STEERING

The contact owns a 2015 Land Rover Range Rover. The contact had received notification of NHTSA Campaign Number: 24V840000 (Steering). There were no warning lights illuminated. The contact had not driven the vehicle due to concerns about driving the vehicle. The vehicle was taken to the local dealer for routine maintenance, and the contact made inquiries regarding the recall. The vehicle was diagnosed, and it was determined that the knuckle joint was cracked, and the fix was not yet available. The vehicle was not yet repaired. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 82,000.
