The contact stated that while driving at various speeds, the messages "Blind Spot Fault System", "Cross Traffic System Fault", "Front Camera Fault service required", "Free collision assist not available", and "Check parking sensor" were displayed on the instrument panel. The vehicle was taken to a local dealer, where it was diagnosed and determined that an over-the-air (OTA) update was needed. The vehicle was repaired. The failure persisted, and the vehicle was taken back to the same local dealer; however, the vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure.
