Ziamatic Corp. (Zico) is recalling certain QR-D-S- and QR-TDS bracket assemblies used to secure D-cylinder oxygen tanks in ambulances. The bracket may loosen, potentially allowing the oxygen tank to be unsecured as the result of a crash.
Risk: A loose oxygen tank may separate from the loosened bracket, potentially striking occupants and increasing the risk of injury.
