The contact stated while driving approximately 55 MPH and hauling the trailer, the rear wheel fender attached to the trailer, ejected from the trailer, and struck another vehicle. During the failure the rear tire on the trailer was lacerated, and the front passenger’s side door on the other vehicle was damage. No injuries were reported. A Police report was taken at the scene.
