• Front seat belt anchor cable. NHTSA recall 20V378000 covers 308,260 vehicles including the 2013 XC70. The steel cable attaching the front seat belt to the seat may fatigue and fail, preventing proper occupant restraint during a crash. Volvo will replace the seat belt anchor cables for both front seats free of charge.
