Recalls
  • Rear seat hardware failure. Recall 24V855000 affects 255 vehicles including the Alltrek. The reinforcement hardware, mounting hardware, and seat belt anchor bolts in the rear bench seating system may fail under load. This defect increases the risk of injury because the seat and seat belt may not properly restrain occupants during a crash. Dealers will install new seat belt anchor hardware, flooring reinforcement, and reinforced bench seat bars free of charge. Owner notifications were mailed December 19, 2024.
  • Seat belt buckle assembly defect. Also part of recall 24V855000 for 255 vehicles, the rear seat belt buckle assemblies may fail under stress. This poses a risk of inadequate occupant restraint and injury in a crash. The remedy includes hardware replacement by dealers at no cost to the owner.
  • Missing capacity and certification labels. Recall 24V854000 covers 224 vehicles including the 2023 Alltrek. These campervans lack the Occupant and Cargo Carrying Capacity label and an altered certification label. Without these labels, owners risk unintentionally overloading the vehicle, which could cause a crash. Replacement labels will be mailed to owners free of charge. Notification letters were sent December 19, 2024.

Owners facing repeated repairs related to safety defects or unresolved recall issues may want to review their rights under state lemon laws. Consulting with a consumer protection attorney specializing in lemon law could help clarify potential options.
