- Suspension rear sliding-axle beams (21V813000). Covers 209 trailers from 2015-2020 TK70AACS, TK80AACS, TK85ACS, AACS-38 models. Suspension beams may contact frame reinforcement, crack, and loosen or detach. This increases crash risk. Dealers will reinforce hanger and slide pan and repair cracks free of charge. - Structural aluminum cross members (18V638000). Applies to 115 models made 2016-2018 with aluminum cross members over suspension. Cracks may develop at welds, loosening suspension and increasing crash risk. Dealers will replace cross members free starting October 24, 2018. The rear sliding-axle suspension beams may contact the frame reinforcement and crack, possibly resulting in the suspension beams coming loose or detaching from the frame bracket.
Risk: Loose or detached suspension beams can increase the risk of a crash.

The aluminum cross members may crack in the welded corners where the cross member attaches to the frame beam, potentially causing the suspension to loosen from the frame.
