The contact stated that due to the failure, the console cabinet had lowered and several of the screws had fallen onto the floor. The RV was not diagnosed or repaired by an independent mechanic or dealer. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure but provided no assistance. The failure mileage was approximately 30,064.
