The sticker states a capacity of 10,000 lbs, and a maximum tongue weight of 1,000 lbs, when the correct towing capacity is 5,000 lbs, with a maximum tongue weight of 500 lbs.

The contact owns a 2015 Tiffin Allegro Open Road. The contact stated while the RV was parked, the contact became aware that the console cabinet screws had detached. The contact stated that due to the failure, the console cabinet had lowered and several of the screws had fallen onto the floor. The RV was not diagnosed or repaired by an independent mechanic or dealer. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure but provided no assistance. The failure mileage was approximately 30,064.
