The contact was stuck inside the RV and could not unlatch the door. In addition, the contact made several attempts to unlatch the entry door and the entry door handle fractured and detached. The contact stated that a good Samaritan arrived and assisted the contact with exiting the RV. The RV was not diagnosed or repaired by an independent mechanic or the dealer.
