Temsa is recalling certain 2021-2025 TS30, TS35, and 2021-2026 TS45 buses equipped with a Mux5-B multiplex. The temporary bus stop valve may activate unintentionally and apply the brakes, causing them to overheat.
Risk: Brakes that overheat can increase the risk of a fire.

Temsa is recalling certain 2024 TS35 vehicles equipped with Cummins L9 diesel engines. The remote fuel filter hoses may separate from the fitting, causing a fuel leak and an engine stall.
Risk: A fuel leak in the presence of an ignition source increases the risk of a fire. An engine stall increases the risk of a crash.

Temsa is recalling certain 2022-2025 TS30, 2023-2024 TS45, 2024 TS35, and 2025 TS45E vehicles. The lock mechanism may have been installed incorrectly, causing the roof hatch release handle to break.
Risk: A broken handle could prevent or delay occupants from exiting the vehicle during an emergency, increasing the risk of injury.

Temsa is recalling certain 2024 TS35 vehicles equipped with certain Cummins L9 diesel engines. The remote fuel filter hoses may become separated from the fitting, which can result in a fuel leak and a lack of fuel supply to the engine.
Risk: A fuel leak in the presence of an ignition source increases the risk of a fire. Additionally, a lack of fuel can cause an engine stall, increasing the risk of a crash.

TEMSA GLOBAL (TEMSA) IS RECALLING CERTAIN MODEL YEAR 2007-2012 TS35 BUSES FOR FAILING TO COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF FEDERAL MOTOR VEHICLE SAFETY STANDARD NO. 217, “BUS EMERGENCY EXITS AND WINDOW RETENTION AND RELEASE.” SOME OF THE EMERGENCY EXIT MECHANISM INSTRUCTION LABELS MAY HAVE BEEN INSTALLED FARTHER THAN 16 CM FROM THE RELEASE MECHANISM.
Risk: DUE TO THE DISTANCE BETWEEN THE OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS AND THE WINDOW¬ÃS RELEASE MECHANISM, IN THE EVENT OF AN EMERGENCY, PASSENGERS MAY NOT RECOGNIZE AND FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS FOR RELEASING THE EMERGENCY EXIT WINDOWS DELAYING THEIR SAFE EXIT FROM THE BUS AND , INCREASING THE RISK OF PERSONAL INJURY.

Temsa Global is recalling certain model year 2007-2010 TS35 buses for failing to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard No. 217, "Bus Emergency Exits and Window Retention and Release." The buses may have one too few emergency exits on each side of the bus for the number of seats that the bus is equipped with.
Risk: Passengers may be delayed in exiting the vehicle during an emergency which can increase the risk of personal injury.

TEMSA GLOBAL (TEMSA) IS RECALLING CERTAIN MODEL YEAR 2011-2012 TS35 BUSES FOR FAILING TO COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF FEDERAL MOTOR VEHICLE SAFETY STANDARD NO. 121, “AIR BRAKE SYSTEMS.” THE ANTI-LOCK BRAKE SYSTEM (ABS) MALFUNCTION WARNING INDICATOR DOES NOT ILLUMINATE IN A CHECK LAMP FUNCTION WHEN THE IGNITION IS TURNED TO THE ‘ONˆ OR ‘RUNˆ POSITION.
Risk: WITHOUT THE CHECK LAMP FEATURE, THE DRIVER MAY NOT BE AWARE THAT THE INDICATOR LAMP IS NOT WORKING PROPERLY, AND IF THERE WERE AN ABS PROBLEM, THE DRIVER WOULD NOT RECEIVE A WARNING. A MALFUNCTIONING ANTI-LOCK BRAKE SYSTEM MAY INCREASE THE RISK OF A CRASH.
