- Electrical system control unit. The same 243 vehicles from recall 13V465000 are included here due to the overlap in defect description and fix involving the light control unit. This recall started November 25, 2013.
- Expanded electrical system issue. Recall 14V369000 covers 306 vehicles including additional motorcoaches beyond the prior recall 13V465000 population, addressing electrical overload in the light control unit. Dealers will replace the control unit free of charge. The recall started July 31, 2014.
- Wheelchair lift beacon lighting. Recall 24V277000 affects 79 vehicles equipped with a Ricon wheelchair lift where the red beacon on the Threshold Warning System may not provide adequate illumination. This reduces visibility for wheelchair lift users and poses an injury risk. Daimler Coaches will replace the TWS kits free of charge. Owner notifications were mailed May 23, 2024.

Daimler Coaches North America (Daimler Coaches) is recalling certain 2011-2016 Setra S417 TC and 2012-2016 Setra S 407 CC vehicles equipped with a Ricon wheelchair lift. The red beacon lighting on the Threshold Warning System (TWS) may not be bright enough. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 403, "Platform Lift Systems."
Risk: Beacons that do not provide proper illumination may be less visible to wheelchair lift users, increasing the risk of injury.
