SERVICE BRAKES, HYDRAULIC:FOUNDATION COMPONENTS:HOSES, LINES/PIPING, AND FITTINGS
Carflex Auto LTD in cooperation with Omix Ada, Inc. is recalling certain front and rear braided stainless steel replacement brake hoses sold as extended length replacement brake hoses for certain Jeep vehicles that have been modified for off road use. The brake hoses could leak fluid and possibly rupture.
Risk: Failure of the brake hose would lengthen the distance required to stop the vehicle, increasing the risk of a crash.
