REV Ambulance Group Orlando, Inc. (REVO) is recalling certain 2019-2024 Type I and Type IX emergency vehicles equipped with outriggers. The outrigger bolts may not be properly tightened, which can cause the module box to detach, or cause failure of the outrigger.

Risk: A detached module box or outrigger failure increases the risk of injury.

In the event of a short circuit or wiring failure, the firmware in the node may fail to shut off the output pin, resulting in overloaded electrical circuits.

Risk: Overloaded electrical circuits can overheat, increasing the risk of fire.

(REV) is recalling certain 2019-2021 Type I and IX vehicles equipped with Weldon V-Mux Vista IV LCD displays used for controlling emergency vehicle lighting and HVAC functions. These displays may experience low voltage spikes, causing the LCD display to lock up or become nonfunctional, due to varying electrical installations.

Risk: A locked up or non-functional LCD display can delay emergency efforts, which can increase the risk of injury.
