- Trailer turn signals. Recall 13V518000 affects 349 vehicles from 2009 to 2013. Incorrect wiring causes trailer stop signals to override turn signals, so trailer lights do not indicate turns when brakes are applied, which may confuse drivers and increase crash risk. Dealers will install new electrical harnesses at no cost.
- Front lower control arms. Recall 14V660000 covers 135 vehicles from 2009 to 2013 with TAK-4 front independent suspension. Lower control arms may crack or fracture, risking wheel separation and crashes. Dealers will inspect and replace affected control arms free of charge.
- Stokes basket mounting brackets. Recall 22V809000 addresses 299 vehicles from 2010 to 2022. Insufficient welding on mounting brackets can cause failure allowing the basket to fall, posing injury risk. Dealers will replace the brackets free of charge.
- Aerial device control software. Recall 19V022000 involves 994 vehicles from 2004 to 2018. The aerial device may unexpectedly rotate right during ladder extension, risking contact with objects or injury. Dealers will reprogram the aerial control module at no charge.
- Flashlight battery packs. Recall 16V186000 affects 36 vehicles from 2010 to 2016 equipped with Pelican 9410L flashlights. Lithium-ion battery packs may overheat, increasing fire risk. Owners will be instructed to inspect and request replacement batteries from Pelican free of charge.
- Rear sway bar fasteners. Recall 17V349000 covers 29 vehicles from 2012 to 2017 with T3 rear steer. The rear sway bar may detach, causing increased sway and elevated crash risk. Dealers will replace and torque fasteners free of charge.
- Rear steer axle shafts. Recall 17V348000 involves 225 vehicles from 1999 to 2013. Axle shafts were not properly heat treated and may break, potentially disabling the vehicle and increasing crash risk. Dealers will replace axle shafts free of charge.
- Aerial device bracket attachment. Recall 18V463000 affects 17 vehicles from 2007 to 2017 with 75 ft aerial devices. Limited retraction brackets may detach and fall, posing risk to people below. Dealers will install additional mounting hardware at no cost.
