- Fuel rail tubes. Recall 22V032000 involves 243 vehicles with fuel tubes prone to fatigue and cracking, causing high pressure fuel leaks and fire risk. Vehicles with 75 miles or less receive vibration isolators; those with more get new tubes with isolators. Owner letters mailed March 11, 2022.
- Aerial platform handrail. Recall 23V096000 affects 64 vehicles where the mounting bracket may interfere with the basket handrail hinge peg, causing detachment. Detached handrails increase injury risk during use. Dealers will install new hinge pegs free of charge. Notifications mailed March 16, 2023.
- Stokes basket mounting brackets. Recall 22V809000 impacts 299 vehicles. Insufficient welding on mounting brackets can allow the basket to fall. Pierce will replace the brackets free of charge. Owner notifications were sent December 14, 2022.
- Wireless remote controllers. Recall 21V006000 covers 3 vehicles with battery-powered wireless remotes for electric firefighting monitors. Disabled sleep mode causes faster battery drain, hindering firefighting efforts. Software updates are provided free by returning controllers to the manufacturer. Recall began February 22, 2021.
- Aerial device joystick. Recall 20V571000 involves 405 vehicles. A joystick controller defect allows unintended aerial device movement, increasing injury risk. Dealers will replace affected joysticks free of charge. Recall started October 20, 2020.
- Fuel rail sealing washers. Recall 21V394000 includes 2416 vehicles. Improperly seated washers may cause fuel rail leaks, escalating fire risk. Dealers inspect and replace fuel rails as required at no charge. Owner letters mailed July 30, 2021.
- Aerial device structural tube. Recall 20V120000 affects 63 vehicles. Cracks or corrosion in an upper mid-section tube may cause structural failure and aerial device collapse. Dealers inspect and treat or replace the tube free of charge. Notifications began March 25, 2020.

Pierce Manufacturing (Pierce) is recalling certain 2020 Enforcer, 2021-2022 Velocity, and 2023 Saber vehicles equipped with a specific rear bumper option. The bumper may partially obstruct the rear lights. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 108, "Lamps, Reflective Devices, and Associated Equipment."
Risk: Partially obstructed rear lights can reduce the vehicle's visibility to other drivers, increasing the risk of a crash.

314 vehicles affected
ELECTRICAL SYSTEM:WIRING
Pierce Manufacturing (Pierce) is recalling certain 2019-2023 Arrow XT, Enforcer, and Velocity mid-mount tower trucks equipped with an aerial platform basket. The electrical connector to the aerial turntable wiring harness may not be properly secured, which can result in connector corrosion and affect the leveling ability of the platform basket.
Risk: An inability for the platform basket to maintain level can result in the basket tipping, increasing the risk of injury.

64 vehicles affected
EQUIPMENT:MECHANICAL:BOOM/CRANE/LADDER
Pierce Manufacturing (Pierce) is recalling certain 2018-2023 Velocity, Impel, Enforcer, and Arrow XT 110-foot aerial trucks. When the aerial platform is extended to its maximum angle, the platform mounting bracket may interfere with the basket handrail hinge peg and cause the handrail to detach from the basket.
Risk: A basket handrail that unexpectedly detaches from the basket may increase the risk of injury to first responders using the handrail or to individuals on the ground near the vehicle.

299 vehicles affected
EQUIPMENT:MECHANICAL
Pierce Manufacturing (Pierce) is recalling certain 2010-2022 Pierce Velocity, Enforcer, Arrow XT, Quantum, and Dash CF fire trucks. Stokes basket mounting brackets may be insufficiently welded.
Risk: The left and/or right brackets can fail, allowing the stokes basket to fall and increasing the risk of injury.
