Recalls- Front bumper hose tray latch. (Recall 10V300000) Affects 25 vehicles with drop-down hose trays under the front bumper that may open while driving. The hose could drop on the roadway causing distraction or injury. A new latch and hose box will be installed free of charge.
- Steering gear bracket fracture. (Recall 10V423000) Impacts 2,652 vehicles where the steering gear bracket may break causing detachment of the steering gear. This results in loss of steering control with crash risk. Dealers will install a new mounting bracket free of charge.
- Accelerator pedal arm bending. (Recall 11V255000) In 5,022 vehicles the electronic accelerator pedal arm may bend after repeated use, causing the pedal to stick in full throttle. This defect could lead to loss of control and crashes. Dealers will replace the pedal arm free of charge.
- Fuel tank strap corrosion. (Recall 11V384000) Affects 6,803 vehicles where fuel tank straps may corrode and break, causing the tank to drop or rupture. This presents risks of stalls, fuel spills, and slippery road conditions. Dealers will inspect and replace straps if under 10 years old.
- Cab tilt cylinder mount failure. (Recall 13V525000) Impacts 3,115 vehicles with mounts that may fatigue and fail while the cab is raised or lowered, allowing the cab to fall until safety catches engage. This poses injury risk to persons near the cab. New safety signs will be installed.
- Aerial device unexpected rotation. (Recall 19V022000) In 994 vehicles aerial devices may rotate unexpectedly during ladder extension, risking contact with objects or wires. Dealers will reprogram the aerial control module free of charge.
- Rear steer axle shaft defect. (Recall 17V348000) Affects 225 vehicles with electric all-steer rear axles that have improperly heat-treated axle shafts. Broken shafts could disable the vehicle and increase crash risk. Dealers will replace the axle shafts free of charge.
