Recalls- Throttle pedal assembly. NHTSA recall 24V917000 affects 800 vehicles from 2022 to 2024. The throttle pedal may have an oversized magnet carrier causing slow responsiveness or pedal sticking, increasing crash risk. Oshkosh will replace the throttle pedal free of charge. Owners were notified in January 2025.
- Front axle u-bolts. Recall 22V009000 covers 1268 vehicles from 2019 to 2022. U-bolts securing the front axle may fail, allowing axle shift or detachment, increasing crash risk. Oshkosh supplies new u-bolts at no cost. Letters were mailed in February 2022.
- Fuel injection fuel tubes. Recall 22V008000 affects 1608 vehicles from 2019 to 2022. Fuel tubes between the fuel rail and injectors on cylinders 4, 5, and 6 may crack, causing high pressure leaks that increase fire risk. Engines with 75 miles or less get vibration isolators installed, others receive new tubes with isolators. Repairs are free. Notification started February 2022.
- ABS fuse sizing. Recall 21V482000 impacts 897 vehicles from 2019 to 2022. Vehicles were built with incorrect 10 amp ABS fuses instead of 15 amp. Blown fuses during ABS events increase crash risk. New fuses, labels, and instructions are provided free. Owner notices sent July 2021.
