I sent back my original shell and received a replacement but now the latches are not working again. It makes it very difficult to walk with the seat, and even taking it out of the car as the latches catch on to the door, the stroller frame, clothing, the ground etc… This was a very expensive purchase for us and I love the ease of the baseless seat as we use multiple cars. However, I do not think the latches will hold up until my baby outgrows his seat as he’s only 6months, which is incredibly disappointing and frustrating due to its price point.
