Recalls- Brake system. Recall 14V532000 involves 731 vehicles. - Driver seat belts. Recall 16V038000 targets 4,848 vehicles equipped with certain Recaro Ergo-M driver seats. Welds may be missing on the J-Brackets, allowing seat belt anchorages to separate and failing to restrain the driver properly during a crash. Owners will be notified to inspect and replace defective brackets free of charge.
Owners dealing with repeated repairs or unresolved recall issues related to critical safety systems such as brakes, steering, or seatbelt restraints may have rights under their state lemon law. Consulting legal resources specializing in consumer protection is advisable for assistance.
