- Brake pedal release issue. Recall 13V108000 covers 84 buses with adjustable brake and throttle pedals manufactured between November 2012 and March 2013. Brake pedals may fail to fully release, causing overheating and fire risk. NABI will inspect and repair affected buses free of charge. The recall began June 2013.
- CNG fuel tank abrasion risk. Recall 14V517000 includes 370 buses from October 2012 to June 2014 with Compressed Natural Gas fuel systems by Agility Fuel Systems. Pressure Relief Devices mounted near tanks may abrade them, risking CNG leaks and fires. Dealers will install temporary covers over the PRDs until a permanent fix is available. The recall is anticipated to start in September 2014.
- Driver seat weld failure. Recall 16V038000 involves 4,848 buses including the 2012 40LFW equipped with certain Recaro Ergo-M Commercial Bus Driver Seats. Missing welds on J-Brackets may separate the seatbelt anchorage assembly, risking driver injury in crashes. Owners are notified to have seats inspected and defective brackets replaced free of charge. The recall began February 2016.

Risk: If the seatbelt anchorage assembly separates from the J-Bracket, the bus driver may not be properly restrained in the event of a crash, increasing their risk of injury.

NABI Bus, LLC (NABI) is recalling certain model year 2013-2014 31LFW transit buses manufactured February 10, 2013, to March 10, 2014, and 2012-2014 40LFW transit buses manufactured October 5, 2012, to June 2, 2014, and equipped with Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) fuel systems manufactured by Agility Fuel Systems. The tanks for the CNG fuel system may be abraded by Pressure Relief Devices (PRDs) mounted adjacent to the tanks.
Risk: Contact between the PRD and the tank may result in a CNG leak, increasing the risk of a fire.

North American Bus Industries Inc. (NABI) is recalling certain model year 2012-2013 40LFW transit buses manufactured November 10, 2012, through March 10, 2013, and equipped with adjustable brake and throttle pedals. The brake pedals may not fully release after the brakes are applied.
Risk: If pressure remains applied to the brakes, they may overheat while driving, which may result in a fire.
