Recalls- Electronic Stability Control (ESC). Recall 11V524000 affects 1,962 vehicles. The ESC module may incorrectly apply the outer front wheel brake under certain road conditions, causing the vehicle to deviate from its path and increasing crash risk. MCI will replace the control module free of charge. The recall started January 4, 2012.
- Electrical System Door Operation. Recall 12V086000 involves 46 vehicles where the entrance door closes without warning 30 minutes after the park brake is set and ignition turned off. This defect increases the risk of injury to passengers entering or exiting. Owners will have the multiplex system reprogrammed free of charge. The recall began April 11, 2012.
- Engine Exhaust Bellows Pipe. Recall 13V142000 includes 155 vehicles equipped with Cummins ISX EPA 2010 engines. Incorrect assembly of the bellows pipe may cause failure, allowing hot exhaust gases to escape during regeneration and risk causing a fire. MCI will inspect and replace bellows pipes as needed free of charge. The recall started April 29, 2013.
- Engine Exhaust Bellows Pipe Hole. Recall 18V309000 affects 1,123 vehicles from model years 2011 to 2016. Vibrations can cause holes in the exhaust bellows pipe, leading to hot exhaust gas leaks during regeneration and increasing fire risk. Dealers will replace the pipe assembly with an improved part free of charge. The recall began July 10, 2018.
- Driver Seat J-Bracket Welds. Recall 16V020000 covers 607 vehicles from model years 2011 to 2016.
