STRUCTURE
Load Trail LLC (Load Trail) is recalling certain 2018-2019 83"x14' and 83"x 16' Tandem Axle, and 83"x16' Triple Axle Dump trailers with the 621-scissor hoist option. Under heavy loads, the bolts that attach the hydraulic cylinder clevis to the scissor hoist can break.
Risk: If the bolts break, the hydraulic cylinder may disengage from the scissor hoist, causing the dump box to lower back down onto the trailer frame at a rapid rate, increasing the risk of injury.
