- Seatbelt warning light failure. Recall 19V690000 covers 446 Redhawk SE motorhomes with a seatbelt-unfastened warning light delay after ignition start. This fails to meet FMVSS 208 requirements and raises injury risk if seatbelts are unfastened. Dealers will reprogram instrument clusters at no cost. Recall started October 9, 2019.
- Frameless window adhesive failure. Recall 20V337000 involves 449 motorhomes where adhesive bond failure between glass and hinge frame may cause windows to detach and become projectiles. Dealers will inspect and replace windows if needed. Owner notification began June 15, 2020.

The adhesive bond between the glass and the metal hinge frame of the frameless crank out vent and egress windows may fail which would then allow the glass to detach and fall out.
Risk: If the window glass detaches while the vehicle is moving it could become a projectile, increasing the risk of injury or a crash.

Jayco, Inc. (Jayco) is recalling certain 2019-2020 Redhawk SE motorhomes. The seatbelt-unfastened warning light will not illuminate for approximately five seconds after the ignition is moved to the "on" or "start" position. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) number 208, "Occupant Crash Protection."
Risk: Without the seatbelt warning reminder, the driver may forget to fasten the seatbelt, increasing the risk of injury in the event of a crash.
