EXTERIOR LIGHTING:HEADLIGHTS
International Motors, LLC (International) is recalling certain 2025 IC Bus CECB buses equipped with halogen headlights. When the high beams are activated, the low beams turn off. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) number 108, "Lamps, Reflective Devices, and Associated Equipment."
Risk: Headlight low beam failure can reduce visibility, increasing the risk of a crash.

International Motors, LLC (International) is recalling certain 2018 International 4000 Series 4300, 2017-2025 MV, 2018-2024 1300 FBC, 2018-2025 IC Bus TC, and 2024-2025 IC Bus CECB vehicles. The brake pressure switch assembly may leak brake fluid into the brake pressure switch's electrical components and cause an electrical short-circuit.
Risk: An electrical short in the brake pressure switch can overheat the circuit and increase the risk of a fire while driving or parked.

Navistar, Inc. (Navistar) is recalling certain 2024 International HX, LT, RH and 2024-2025 International HV, MV trucks and 2024 IC Bus CE commercial buses. The steering gear assemblies may have been assembled incorrectly with fewer recirculating balls than are required, which may result in a loss of steering control.
Risk: A loss of steering control increases the risk of a crash.

Navistar is recalling certain model year 2006 through 2010 IC transit buses, models 3300, 3200IM, CECB, FCCB, FECB, HCCB, RCCB, and RECB, manufactured from March 16, 2005, through February 24, 2009, equipped with I-6 engines within feature codes 12N (PL, PM, PN, PR, PS, PT, PU, PV, SA, SG, SK, SL, SM, SV, SZ, TB, UA, UB, UC, and UD). The high pressure engine oil line may develop a leak or possibly rupture.
Risk: A leak or rupture of the high pressure engine oil line could possibly result in an unexpected engine shut down or may result in an engine compartment fire.

NAVISTAR IS RECALLING CERTAIN MODEL YEAR 2003 AND 2004 IC BUS CE MODEL COMMERCIAL BUSES MANUFACTURED BETWEEN JANUARY 3, 2003, AND APRIL 5, 2004. THERE MAY BE CHAFFING BETWEEN THE BATTERY AND/OR THE ENGINE ECM CLEAN POWER CABLES AND THE PARKING BRAKE CABLE WHICH MAY RESULT IN AN ELECTRICAL SHORT.
Risk: AN ELECTRICAL SHORT MAY CAUSE A FIRE WITHOUT WARNING WHICH CAN RESULT IN PROPERTY DAMAGE, PERSONAL INJURY, OR DEATH.
