Recalls
  • Air bags. NHTSA campaign 19V608000 affects 80 vehicles. Defective manufacturing of the Inflatable Head Cushion and Knee Air Bag may cause the cushions to detach and fail to inflate during deployment. This increases injury risk in a crash. Halcore will replace the airbags free of charge.
  • Electrical system. Recall 20V745000 involves 251 vehicles with Weldon i4G Vivtech Displays where the processor may stop working suddenly. Failure of the control panel can delay emergency services, raising injury risk. Dealers will inspect and repair the display at no cost.
  • Service brakes. The rear brake caliper flexible line in 17 vehicles under recall 20V291000 may contact suspension parts causing wear and brake fluid leaks. This could lead to partial or total rear brake loss, increasing crash risk. Halcore will inspect, modify, or replace brake lines as required.
  • Hydraulic service brakes. The same 17 vehicles from recall 20V291000 share issues with brake line routing causing wear and potential brake failure. Owners will receive inspection and repair kits free of charge.
  • Rear suspension. The 17 vehicles in recall 20V291000 also face potential damage to rear suspension components due to brake line interference. Affected lines will be adjusted or replaced by dealers at no cost.

Owners with repeated repairs or unresolved safety defects may have rights under their state lemon law. It is advisable to document all repair attempts and consult a consumer protection attorney if safety recalls are not addressed promptly.
