Recalls
  • Air bags. NHTSA recall 19V608000 affects 80 vehicles. Improper manufacturing may cause the Inflatable Head Cushion and Knee Air Bag cushions to detach during deployment and fail to inflate. This increases injury risk in crashes. Halcore will replace the air bags free of charge, with notification sent to owners. No "Do Not Drive" advisory.
  • Electrical system. NHTSA recall 20V745000 affects 251 vehicles equipped with Weldon i4G Vivtech Displays. The processor may stop functioning without warning, causing control panel failure and potential delays in emergency operations. The manufacturer will inspect and repair the displays free of charge. No "Do Not Drive" advisory.
  • Service brakes. NHTSA recall 20V291000 affects 17 vehicles on a Ram 4500 or 5500 chassis with Compressible Liquid Adaptive Suspension Systems. Rear brake caliper flexible lines may rub against suspension parts causing wear and brake fluid leaks, risking partial or complete rear brake loss. Halcore will inspect, modify mounting, and replace lines if needed, free of charge. No "Do Not Drive" advisory.
  • Hydraulic brake lines. Same NHTSA recall 20V291000 covers flexible hydraulic brake lines contacting suspension components, which can cause leaks leading to brake failure. Repairs and inspections are at no cost to owners. No "Do Not Drive" advisory.
  • Rear suspension. Also part of recall 20V291000, rear suspension components may cause wear on brake lines due to improper routing. Halcore offers inspection and correction free of charge. No "Do Not Drive" advisory.

Owners dealing with repeated repairs or unresolved recall issues related to safety defects may want to review their rights under state lemon laws. Legal consultation might be appropriate for those facing ongoing problems.
