The engine exhaust tip may detach, allowing exhaust fumes to enter the cabin.
Risk: Exhaust fumes inside the cabin increases the risk of injury or death from carbon monoxide poisoning. In addition, a detached exhaust tip can become a road hazard for other road users, increasing the risk of a crash.

In certain stove serial number ranges, a gas leak may occur in the cooking stove.
Risk: A gas leak can increase the risk of a fire.
