Recalls
  • Seat belts fraying. Recall 15V413000 affects 2,432 vehicles from model years 2013-2015. Passenger seat belts may rub against metal seat frames causing fraying, which risks seat belts failing to restrain occupants properly during a crash. Goshen will install plastic sleeves over metal frames and replace frayed belts free of charge.
  • Seat mounting bolts loose. Recall 15V503000 targets 1,494 vehicles from model years 2014-2015. Bolts securing driver and passenger seats may loosen, allowing seat movement during crashes which increases injury risk. Dealers will inspect and re-tighten bolts at no charge.
  • Wheelchair lift bearings misaligned. Recall 15V748000 covers 1,442 vehicles from model years 2006-2015 equipped with certain Ricon wheelchair lifts. Oversized pivot holes allow bearings to move out of position, causing excessive platform movement and possible platform detachment when doors open. Dealers will inspect and replace damaged parts free of charge.
  • Wheelchair lift platform cracking. Recall 14V637000 involves 1,330 vehicles from model years 2006-2014. Platform side plates on Ricon wheelchair lifts may crack, leading to platform separation and potential falls when the lift door opens. Owners will receive supplemental support bumpers or platform replacements if needed.
  • Lift positioning cam failure. Recall 19V102000 affects 73 vehicles from model years 2012-2018 with certain Ricon wheelchair lifts. The input cam may fail, allowing the lift platform to stop higher than the floor level, increasing the risk of wheelchair users tipping when exiting. Dealers will replace the cam free of charge.

Owners dealing with multiple recalls related to safety systems such as seat belts and wheelchair lifts may have rights under their state’s lemon law. Those facing repeated repairs or unresolved recall issues should consider consulting legal resources for assistance.
