There are six recalls affecting various systems of the vehicle, including electrical, powertrain, and electronic stability control components. These recalls address defects that could compromise safety and vehicle operation.
Recalls- Power distribution module. Recall 25V046000 affects 810 vehicles. The electric vehicle power distribution module may be improperly assembled, causing electrical circuits to disconnect and resulting in loss of drive power. This increases the risk of a crash. Dealers will inspect and repair or replace the module free of charge. Owner notification letters were sent May 20 2025.
- E-axle assembly. Recall 23V467000 affects 82 vehicles. The e-axle planetary gear set may not be welded properly, allowing the e-motor to detach from the final drive, causing sudden loss of drive power without warning and preventing vehicle restart. This defect raises the risk of a crash. Dealers will inspect and replace the e-axle free of charge. Owners were notified November 13 2023.
- Electronic stability control software. Recall 23V453000 affects 332 vehicles. The service brake system might miscalculate vehicle mass resulting in impaired electronic stability control performance. These vehicles fail to meet FMVSS 136 requirements. Impaired control system response increases crash risk. Dealers will update the ABS controller software at no cost. Notification letters were mailed August 23 2023.
Owners dealing with repeated defect repairs, unresolved recall work, or safety issues may have rights under state lemon laws. Consulting a legal expert on lemon law may help understand possible remedies in these cases.
