This recall is for Rear Camera Screen Software Update, NHTSA #25V315 isn't available right now. The update has not been released yet. I went to dealer to dealer and they told me they could not fix it because there is no remedy not yet available. They camera is also working fine, no issue at all. Could you be able to remove this recall for me or update me when there is an update? I use this vehicle for a business and BECAUSE of the recall, I am not allowed to use this vehicle for a commercial use. Could you please unrestrict the vehicle so I can use this vehicle for commercial again? I have attached the recall issue, Could you please help me resolve this issue? Thank you so much. The engine 'start-stop' feature is permanently 'ON' . The ability to temporarily disable it has been removed by a Ford software update. Case #00715259 was opened with Ford, vehicle taken to Capitol Ford, Carson City NV, for verification. Dealer verifies that although the start stop feature works correctly the option to temporarily disable it was removed by a Ford software update in August 2023 with no plans to restore it. In mountain driving not being able to disengage this feature is dangerous. Attempting to enter an intersection with a loaded vehicle and having the engine stop just before accelerating will eventually cause an accident. The option to temporarily disable 'start stop' must be restored before someone loses their life at a busy intersection.

Problem: Ongoing failure of 360 degree view, as described in Safety Recall Notice 23S48 / NHTSA Recall 23V598: "rear camera blue or black image when placed in reverse or 360 degree view is selected." First noted around August 2023, but still happening. Vehicle was taken to a dealer for repair, but the same symptom (see 360 degree view in uploaded photo) recurred soon after repair, and has been confirmed by dealer. Dealer now says the symptom (rear camera blue or black image when placed in reverse or 360 degree view) is not covered by the recall notice Vehicle is available for inspection upon request.
