The contact owns a 2020 Ford Fusion. The contact stated that while driving at various speeds there was a humming sound coming from the front end of the vehicle. The contact stated that intermittently the vehicle hesitated to start. The tire pressure warning light illuminated; however, the tires were new, and the air pressure was correct. The vehicle was shaking while driving at various speeds. While attempting to pull out of the garage the vehicle began making a clicking sound as if the engine was failing and the vehicle lost motive power. The check engine warning light was illuminated. The contact had the vehicle jumpstarted. The contact stated that the failure occurred once the temperature outside was colder.
