As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 202, "Head Restraints."

Since I took delivery of the vehicle the dash goes completely blank at temperatures below 32 degrees and above 90. Ford has been unable or unwilling to fix the problem for over two years resulting in my driving for extended periods with no dashboard information of any kind.

The contact proceeded to pull over onto the side of the highway to safely park the vehicle. The contact attempted to restart the vehicle however, the vehicle failed to restart. The vehicle was towed to a local independent mechanic to be diagnosed. The contact was informed that the fuel pump was faulty and needed to be replaced. The vehicle was repaired. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The approximate failure mileage was 150,000.
