EQUIPMENT:ELECTRICAL
EV-Charge America Ltd. (EVCA) is recalling certain electric vehicle charging stations produced from May 15, 2009, through August 15, 2012. Due to an improper relay, the electrical lead that connects to the vehicle may be energized even when the charging station is turned off.
Risk: A user could suffer an electrical shock should they contact the electrical lead. This risk may exist even when the charging station is turned off.
