  • Seat belt assembly. Recall 14V466000 involves 20 vehicles from January to March 2014 with Villa ABTS seats. Incorrect seat belt attachment may cause fraying and reduced strength, failing to meet FMVSS 209. Dealers will inspect and repair seats and replace frayed seat belts free of charge.
  • Engine exhaust system. Recall 15V567000 covers 99 vehicles from October 2009 to June 2013 built on Spartan Motors chassis. The flexible exhaust tube may tear allowing hot gases to contact other parts, increasing fire risk. Spartan dealers will replace the tube with an improved version free of charge.

The ball joints on the independent front suspension (IFS) modules can loosen and separate, leading to a partial loss of steering.

Risk: A separated ball joint can cause a loss of steering control, increasing the risk of a crash.

In the affected vehicles, the flexible exhaust tube may tear allowing hot exhaust to blow against other components or materials.

Risk: If hot exhaust gas contacts other components or materials, it can increase the risk of a fire.

Entegra Coach (Entegra) is recalling certain model year 2014-2015 Cornerstone motorhomes manufactured January 21, 2014, through March 25, 2014 and equipped with certain Villa ABTS driver and passenger seats. The seat belt attachment may be incorrect and the seat belt may fray if it rubs along a steel bracket in the seat, reducing its strength. As such, these seats do not conform to Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) number 209, "Seat Belt Assemblies."

Risk: The weakened seat belt may fail to properly restrain the seat occupant in the event of a crash, increasing the risk of injury.
