The pedestal mounting plate on the passenger's seat may be improperly welded, causing the plate to separate and the seat assembly to loosen or detach. As such, these seat assemblies fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) number 207, "Seating Systems" and number 210, "Seat belt assembly anchorages."
Risk: A loose or detached seat assembly increases the risk of injury.

Failure of adhesive that holds windows to frame. Had a window come separated from frame on 7/11/24 which fell from RV on the freeway and could have put other drivers at risk from falling glass. Second window adhesive failure on 3/11/25. Caused glass to become separated from frame. Did not fall off, but was hanging on by two screws to top hinge assembly.
