The 2020 ENTEGRA ASPIRE has 3 complaints and 7 recalls filed with NHTSA. Owners most frequently report the emergency exit door window detaching while driving and a persistent fuel odor inside the RV. One complaint involved a faulty #1 fuel injector that required replacement.
Common Issues- Emergency exit window detachment. The emergency exit door window can eject from the RV at highway speeds without a determined cause, creating safety risks.
- Fuel odor inside RV. Drivers report an abnormal fuel smell during operation, linked to a faulty #1 fuel injector that required repair.
There are seven recalls affecting several key systems including seating, window assemblies, instrument cluster electronics, fuel rail components, and steering column bolts. These recalls address defects related to occupant safety and vehicle operation.
Recalls- Passenger seat pedestal. (NHTSA 24V061000) About 148 vehicles are affected by a recall for improperly welded pedestal mounting plates on passenger seats. The weld may fail causing the seat to loosen or detach, increasing injury risk. Dealers will inspect and replace the pedestal if needed at no cost.
- Window adhesive failure. (NHTSA 21V529000) Approximately 833 units have defective adhesive bonding on Hehr 6400 series window vents. The vents may detach, raising crash or injury risk. Dealers will inspect and replace vents free of charge.
- Instrument cluster malfunction. (NHTSA 21V769000) Nearly 994 vehicles face instrument clusters that may intermittently go blank while driving. This loss of display prevents seeing vehicle speed and warnings, increasing crash risk. Dealers will update software and secure duct work at no charge.
- Fuel rail sealing failure. (NHTSA 21V591000) About 1,284 motorhomes have fuel rail sealing washers that may not seat properly, causing high-pressure fuel leaks which raise fire risk. The fuel rails and lines will be inspected and replaced if needed free of charge.
- Steering shaft bolt loosening. (NHTSA 19V626000) One hundred one vehicles have steering shaft bolts that may be insufficiently tightened, risking steering column detachment and loss of steering control. Dealers will inspect and tighten bolts at no cost.
Owners with repeated repairs, unresolved recall issues, or safety defects should review their rights under their state lemon law. Consulting a consumer protection attorney may help in addressing persistent or unresolved vehicle problems.
