ID: 2123982Tether, Lower Anchor (on car seat or vehicle)
Tether anchors are upside down, so the hook on the lower anchor needs to go under the tether anchor. I reached out to Diono and they said it doesn't need to be corrected, but the updated CPST curriculum specifically states that it's a misuse to use the lower anchors that way.
