Columbus Trading-Partners USA, Inc. (CTP) is recalling certain Cybex Aton G, Aton G SensorSafe, Aton G Swivel, Aton G Swivel SensorSafe, Eos and Aton G Swivel Travel System, Eos and Aton G Travel System, Libelle and Aton G Travel System, and Beezy and Aton G Travel System child seats. The harness hip anchorage retention hooks may bend, causing the anchor pin to loosen, and the harness strap to detach.
Risk: A detached harness will not properly restrain a child, increasing the risk of injury.

Recall 25C002 was issued for this car seat and remedy kits were sent out. I have two identical car seats, both registered, but only received a kit for one. I reported the issue to Cybex and they indicated they would send another remedy kit, but it has been 6 weeks and I have not yet received it, and they have stopped replying to my messages. I am filing this complaint because they have not met their recall obligations in a timely manner.
