The contact stated that while the vehicle was being serviced and on a lift, the mechanic became aware that all four tires were split in the middle of each tire. The vehicle was taken to a tire retailer where the tires were originally purchased and replaced, but the failure reoccurred. The contact stated that on another occasion, while the tires were being rotated, the mechanic became aware that the rear driver’s side tire had a tear in the sidewall. The tire was replaced. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The failure mileage was unknown.
