Forest River, Inc. (Forest River) is recalling certain 2025 Coachmen Brookstone BKF398MBL fifth wheels. The wastewater holding tank pipe may not extend to the exterior of the vehicle, allowing sewer gas to enter the cabin.
Risk: Sewer gas inside the cabin increases the risk of injury.

The solar panel mounting hardware may become loose and pull through the slot in the panel.
Risk: Loose hardware can cause the solar panels to detach from the vehicle during transit, increasing the risk of a crash.

Risk: An incorrect fuse may not function as intended and increase the risk of a fire.

Forest River, Inc. (Forest River) is recalling certain 2020-2021 Shasta Phoenix, Coachmen Brookstone, and 2019-2022 Coachmen Chaparral, and Chaparral Lite fifth wheels. The floating cross-member may not be installed correctly and fail to retain the holding tanks, causing the holding tanks to become dislodged.
Risk: A tank that becomes dislodged during transit increases the risk of a crash.

The liquid propane (LP) gas bottle ring on these trailers may not have a deep enough pierce punch to bind the metal strap, possibly resulting in the LP bottle detaching.
Risk: If the LP bottle detaches while moving, it can increase the risk of a crash.

(Forest River) is recalling certain model year 2012-2016 Berkshire, Charleston, Legacy, Dynamax, XLR, Continental Cargo, Work & Play, Shockwave, and Coachmen Brookstone recreational vehicles and toy haulers, equipped with Atwood on demand water heaters, models OD45, OD50, and OD50CW, manufactured January 2, 2012, to August 13, 2015. The affected water heaters have a water and gas valve that may cause the water heater to overheat the water in the hot water supply tap.
Risk: The overheating of the water may result in the release of steam, possibly causing the operator is to scald themselves and increasing the risk of injury.

Due to a design change in the power awning motor assembly, the motor assembly screws may unknowingly shear.
Risk: If the motor assembly screws shear, it is possible that the awning can unfurl unexpectedly, either while the vehicle is at rest or while in transit, increasing the risk of personal injury or a vehicle crash.

THE CONVENTIONAL MICROWAVE OVEN MAY NOT HAVE BEEN INSTALLED ACCORDING TO THE MANUFACTURERS INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS. THE BLOWER UNIT SHOULD HAVE BEEN ROTATED TO 180 DEGREES TO DIRECT THE EXHAUST OUT OF THE FRONT OF THE CONVENTIONAL OVEN, PRIOR TO INSTALLING THE APPLIANCE.

THE POPULATION OF REFRIGERATORS BEING ADDRESSED CONTAINS EITHER A SENSING ALGORITHM OR THERMAL SWITCH TO SHUT OFF POWER TO THE REFRIGERATOR WHEN HIGH TEMPERATURES ARE DETECTED IN ORDER TO PREVENT A POTENTIAL FIRE. THE RESPONSE TIMES OF THE SENSOR ALGORITHM AND THERMAL SWITCH DEVICES TO STOP POWER ARE NOT SUFFICIENT.
