Software updates are available free from dealers or via over-the-air updates. Owners were notified starting July 1, 2021.
• Communications gateway module software. (NHTSA Recall 21V421000) The same group of vehicles is affected by a software defect that causes errors in air bag system communication processing. Dealers will update the software free of charge. No "Do Not Drive" or "Park Outside" warnings were issued. Owner notification occurred July 1, 2021.
