Recalls- Forward collision sensing system. NHTSA recall 24V157000 affects 2891 vehicles. The Mobileye camera cable may be routed improperly causing wiring damage and electrical circuit overload. Risks include fire from overheating and loss of turn signals, hazard lights, or collision system functions. Dealers will inspect, reroute, or replace the cable and T-harness free of charge.
- Electrical system ground cable. Recall 20V554000 applies to 4352 vehicles. The starter motor ground cable may break at the eyelet, causing engine no-crank or slow-crank conditions. Repeated start attempts may overheat the power steering hose, risking fire. Ground cable replacement and power steering hose inspection or replacement are provided by dealers at no cost.
- Chassis wire harness routing. Recall 20V195000 covers 2399 vehicles. Improper routing may cause the harness to contact suspension leaf spring hanger brackets, resulting in chafing. Wire damage can cause stalling or ABS reduction, increasing crash risk. Dealers will repair or replace the harness and secure it with additional clamps for free.
- Steering critical fasteners. Recall 21V861000 includes 5700 vehicles. A bolt on the left front steering knuckle may loosen, leading to increased turning radius and difficulty steering left. Dealers will replace stopper bolt jam nuts and clean or replace extensions at no charge. This recall expands on 19V467 and requires new remedy even for previously repaired vehicles.
- Steering jam nut loosening. Recall 19V467000 affects 3851 vehicles. The jam nut for the left front steering stopper bolt can loosen, increasing turning radius and crash risk. Dealers replace jam nuts with Grade 8 nuts, re-torque, and apply Loctite free of charge.
Owners dealing with repeated repairs, safety defects, or unresolved recall issues may have rights under their state’s lemon law. Consulting a qualified consumer protection attorney can help clarify available options.

ELECTRICAL SYSTEM:STARTER ASSEMBLY
Isuzu Technical Center of America, Inc. (Isuzu) is recalling certain 2018-2021 FTR and Chevrolet 6500XD vehicles. The ground cable connecting the starter motor to the vehicle frame may break at the starter-side eyelet, resulting in an engine no-crank or slow-crank condition, causing the vehicle not to start.
Risk: If the cable is broken and repeated attempts are made to start the vehicle, the starter may ground through the steel braiding of the power steering hose, allowing it to heat up and possibly rupture, increasing the risk of a fire.

ELECTRICAL SYSTEM:WIRING
Isuzu Technical Center of America, Inc. (Isuzu) is recalling certain 2018-2020 FTR and Chevrolet 6500XD vehicles. The chassis wire harness outside the relay box may have been improperly routed, potentially allowing the harness to contact the suspension's leaf spring hanger bracket, allowing the harness to get chafed.
Risk: Depending on which wires get damaged, the vehicle can experience stalling and/or reduced functionality of the ABS, increasing the risk of a crash.
