Recalls

This noncompliance with Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard 208 increases injury risk during crashes. Dealers will update instrument cluster software at no cost. Notification letters mailed May 1, 2024.
  • Instrument cluster software. Also part of recall 24V096000 affecting 156 vehicles. The failure of the audible chime to alert drivers about unbuckled seat belts relates to the instrument cluster software defect. The fix involves a free software update. No "Do Not Drive" or "Park Outside" advisories issued.
  • Electronic Stability Control (ESC) software. Recall 20V732000 covers 73 vehicles from 2017-2020 Chiron and related models. After restarting, the ESC does not revert to normal mode if Handling Mode was activated, affecting vehicle handling safety. This fails Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard 126 compliance and increases crash risk. Dealers will reprogram the ESC control module software free of charge.

Owners facing repeated repairs, unresolved defects, or recall-related safety concerns with this vehicle may have rights under state lemon law protections. Consulting with a consumer protection attorney specializing in automotive defect cases can provide guidance on potential remedies.
