Recalls- Rear brake line wear. Recall 23V331000 affects 35 vehicles. The Liquid Spring suspension may contact the right rear brake line, causing wear that could lead to loss of rear brakes and increased crash risk. Dealers will replace and reroute rear brake lines free of charge.
- Brake caliper flexible line damage. Recall 20V316000 affects 10 vehicles with Compressible Liquid Adaptive Suspension Systems on Ram chassis. Brake line routing may cause contact with suspension parts, leading to brake fluid leaks and rear brake loss risk. Braun will replace lines and hardware for free; recall began July 21, 2020.
- Brake caliper flexible line suspension contact. This issue is also covered under recall 20V316000, detailing the same defect, risk, and fix as above.
- Rear suspension interference. Included in recall 20V316000, reiterating that suspension components may cause brake line damage and subsequent rear brake failure. Repairs involve replacing the affected brake lines and components.
- HVAC and lighting display lockup. Recall 20V647000 covers 156 vehicles. The Vista IV display can freeze, affecting backup camera, emergency lights, and patient care device controls. This failure raises the risk of operational delays or injury. The defective display unit will be replaced free of charge starting December 18, 2020.
- Instrument cluster malfunction. Also part of recall 20V647000, this defect causes similar display issues impacting critical vehicle control systems. Dealers will remove and replace the defective display panel at no cost to owners.
