- Passenger knee airbag failure. Recall 23V622000 covers 2,352 vehicles including the 2023 XM. The front passenger knee airbag may fail to deploy correctly, increasing injury risk in a crash. Dealers will replace the airbag at no cost. Owner notification letters were sent November 3, 2023.
- Driver and passenger knee airbag defect. Recall 23V471000 affects 1,981 vehicles including the 2023 XM. The knee airbags may be manufactured incorrectly and fail to deploy as intended. Dealers will replace the affected airbags free of charge. Owner letters mailed September 6, 2023.
