• Driver Monitoring System Ground Connection. Recall 23V700000 affects 12,296 vehicles. The ground to the steering wheel may be improperly connected, causing the hands-on detection system to fail. Without this detection, the emergency stopping assistant may not engage, raising crash risk. Dealers will inspect and reattach the ground connection at no charge.
