I ordered and a received a babyark classic convertible seat. While installing the seat the rebound bar would not lock into place and actually ended up breaking the tensioner for the seat belt. I contacted the manufacturer who sent me a new one and we were able to use that one for about 4 months before the same thing happened and the manufacturer confirmed that the rebound bar would fail in an accident if the seat belt tensioner was broken. They then provided a different seat that has worked but my concern is a normal parent may not notice the broken tensioner which would cause the rebound bar to fail in an accident.
