AROW Global Corp (AROW) is recalling certain MV210 emergency exit windows. The emergency exit window latch can fail, allowing the window to open during a crash. As such, these emergency exit windows fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) number 217, "Bus Emergency Exits and Window Retention and Release."

Risk: A window that opens during a crash may not properly retain passengers as intended, increasing the risk of injury.

AROW Global Corp (AROW) is recalling certain MV204 and MV207 emergency exit windows. Please see the recall report for a complete list of part numbers and window sizes. During a crash, the emergency exit window latch may fail and allow the window to open. As such, these windows fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 217, "Bus Emergency Exits and Window Retention and Release."

Risk: Emergency windows that open during a crash may not properly retain passengers as intended, increasing their risk of injury.
