Arcimoto Inc. (Arcimoto) is recalling certain 2019-2022 FUV, 2020-2022 Roadster, Deliverator and 2021 Rapid Responder hybrid electric vehicles. The high voltage (HV) control board cover may prevent the high voltage connector from latching properly to the plug.

Risk: An improperly latched harness connector can detach, and result in a sudden loss of power steering and drive power, increasing the risk of a crash.

Risk: Non-compliant hydraulic brake hoses may lengthen the distance required to stop the vehicle, increasing the risk of a crash.
